Athletic Therapy takes an active and progressive approach to rehabilitation of sports related injuries. The Athletic Therapists work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals within the Health Centre to provide our varsity athletes with the most appropriate care. On site medical coverage is provided to all teams by our Athletic Therapists, in conjunction with students from Sheridan College's Athletic Therapy program and student trainers from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology Health Sciences Kinesiology program.
Athletic
Therapy is provided free-of-charge to the varsity athletes.
The Athletic Therapy Clinic is located within the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre inside the Health Centre. The clinic provides services to our varsity athletes who play intercollegiate sports.
