DRSA, Durham College and UOIT set to host a Student/Athlete Symposium

OSHAWA, Ont. – The Durham Region Soccer Association (DRSA) in partnership with Durham College and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) is set to host a student/athlete symposium on Wednesday, April 7 at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC) beginning at 7 p.m.

Attendees will have the chance to learn about the opportunities that exist locally for student athletes at Durham College and UOIT for their post-secondary education and high performance athletics. Guest speakers will include members of the DRSA, Durham College and UOIT coaches and representatives as well as current student-athletes.

The symposium will take place in gym three of the CRWC and will last approximately 60 minutes. Admission is free.
